For over 30 years, Corrine’s Place has been serving soulful good food. Corinne’s Place is known for its ribs, fried fish, pork chops, turkey wings, fried chicken, mac and cheese and more.

Thanks to, the phrase “soul food” originated in the mid-60s. Soul was a common word used to describe African-American culture. Soul food is home cooking. Its roots and very many generations come from the rural south.

Corrinne’s Place in Camden is only the fifth restaurant in New Jersey to receive this honor. Other New Jersey winners were Doris & Ed’s at Highlands in 1998, White House Sub Shop in Atlantic City in 2000, Ocean County’s Mustache Bill’s Diner at Barnegat Light in 2009.
