Kit and Bone Houston-themed Lightning Sunrise jersey to release tomorrow

The folks at Kit and Bone have done it again. If you’ve been on social media this week and are a fan of Dynamo / Dash, you’ve probably seen Kit and Bone release a Houston-inspired shirt. Houston will be the first MLS-inspired jersey of the year. The Lightning Sunrise jerseys go on sale tomorrow, Saturday, at 8 a.m. UK time, or 2 a.m. here in Houston.

We spoke to the Kit and Bone team about the jersey they made for Houston.


Inspired by the Tequila Sunrise pattern which is synonymous with sports in Houston. We’ve put our stamp on this iconic look by remixing it with our famous lightning bolt logo to create a future retro classic, which takes you straight to soccer heaven.

This shirt will be available for pre-order January 8-16, 2022. Our shirts are made right here in the UK and orders will be dispatched from February 14, 2022.

There will be two versions of the shirt available. The Icon Edition is for those who like their shirts to have a clean, classic look.

The Full Works Edition is for fans who want their shirts to go with everything. The Full Works Edition is finished with two hot pressed sleeve patches and is customizable with a name and number. It features an orange edition of their league shield and a new version of the skull flag patch.
